Anchorum St. Vincent is a nonprofit Community Health Impact Organization that is re-imagining health and well-being in Santa Fe and northern New Mexico.
Founded in 2007 and formerly known as SVHsupport, Anchorum—pronounced an-CORE-um—is one of three St. Vincent organizations based in Santa Fe. The family also includes CHRISTUS St. Vincent—owned by a 50-50 partnership between Anchorum St. Vincent and CHRISTUS Health, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The family of organizations also includes the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation. Together, the St. Vincent family represents the premier health and wellness system for our community, and one of the most innovative philanthropic health-impact models in the United States.
Anchorum plays a critical leading role in the community by applying a new model of health impact initiatives: We convene like-minded philanthropic investors, nonprofits, community members, and other partners, then serve as a catalyst to make impact grants, and sound, purposeful impact investments in four key strategic areas—Social Determinants, Health Innovation, Infrastructure, and Extending the Community's Continuum of Care. Impact investments in these key areas will have measurable impact on our underserved citizens, generate social and financial returns, and directly improve the well-being of the people.
In the face of urgent local health challenges, Anchorum is positioned to positively impact the physical, environmental, and socio-economic factors that shape our community.

“I have worked toward making hard-working New Mexico low-income families stable and successful through my service with Prosperity Works, as a member of their Board and Director of Development. Those are basic American goals that can be met. When we make sure the basic opportunity for success is there for everyone, we will see long-term results and a more prosperous, just society.”

“After spending 20 years in investment management, I embraced the opportunity to give back. To me, the most important things that allow a community to thrive are high quality healthcare and education. Raising three children in Santa Fe, and coming from a family of healthcare providers, I know that having an elite institution where we can provide the best care for not only our patients but our population in general is paramount. I am honored to be part of the journey.”

“I am deeply dedicated to education, and have a particular interest in adult literacy. When you give an adult the skills to read, when before they could not, you increase the potential for that person, and every other person who depends on them. When adults cannot read, they aren’t able to fully participate in their own healthcare decisions, in civic engagement, or in their children’s education.”
With 25 years of extensive financial accounting background as a CPA, Jenny Crysler has dedicated her career to financial management and analytics supporting operations in healthcare and academia. She gained valuable experience during her tenure with Lovelace Health Systems where she served as the Financial manager of Hospital Services – involved in developing profitability models, detailed expense and revenue analysis as well as preparation of budgets and forecasting.
Most recently, she held the position of Business Manager for Turquoise Trail Charter School where she had a high level of responsibility for financial, operational, and facility management functions. Previously, she spent six years as the Chief Financial Officer of Sandia Preparatory School and three years as the Business Manager of Housing and Food services for the University of New Mexico. Jenny graduated from New Mexico State University with the Bachelor of Accountancy followed by earning her CPA, School Business Manager license and Chief Procurement Officer certifications.
